Hope Ridge is a three-bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome community., featuring extensive green lawns, a walking path, and a gazebo. End units have a two-car garage and interior units have a single car garage. There is no pool or community center, so we are able to keep our monthly fees fairly low. The fee for 2026 is $260 per month, which includes lawn maintenance, snow removal, trash pickup, and Astound 1 gigabit Internet with modem and router plus two IPTV boxes for Astound Preferred TV.
